• Train, Manage & Coordinate The Mantaray Team of chefs and all related culinary activities
• Establish presentation technique and quality standards
• Ensure proper equipment operation / maintenance; safety and sanitation in the Kitchen
• Passionate with food and guarantee consistent quality delivery as all stages
Experience: 3 or more years of culinary management experience within a resort / hotel environment is required.
